The STR can now reveal that announcing the Theatre Book Prize winner this year will be actor, director, producer, author and magician David Wood OBE, perhaps best known as a prize-winning dramatist, particularly of works for children. The Times called him our National Children’s Dramatist. We are delighted to have his participation in this event.

This is all happening on Tuesday at a reception at the Delfont Room, Prince of Wales Theatre at 11.30 am (doors open at 11 am) when the judges will speak about the year’s books and the presentations will be made. Read all about the Prize here.
