The Theatre Notebook team apologise for the late arrival of this year’s publication of the first issue of Volume 80. This is due to various unforeseen editorial difficulties and production delays and the editorial team are working hard to catch up, hopefully by the end of this calendar year.

Subscriptions for 2025-2026 include these issues and they will be sent to you regardless of whether you renew your subscription for 2026-2027 in October (though of course we hope very much that you will do so!).

We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the journal is now appearing in two rather than three issues each of 90 pages, which will give members the same number of pages as three 60 page editions but will save the Society considerably on production and postage costs.
