The Society for Theatre Research announces that this year’s AGM and Annual Address will take place ONLINE ONLY on Wednesday May 21st 2025.

The AGM will start at 6pm. This is for Members only and Members will receive a newsletter containing the Agenda with the Zoom link. The Agenda plus associated papers can also be found in the Member Area, which you find as soon as you are logged in. If you have any problem with logging into our website, please email us on membership@str.org.uk and the membership team will help.

The Annual Address will start at 7.30pm. This is a public lecture and everyone is invited! Former Chair of the STR, Simon Sladen, will be talking about moving of the Theatre and Performance Collections to V&A East. He’s been working with this from the beginning and knows all there is to know about this epic enterprise, so join us for what promises to be an enormously informative and enjoyable talk.
