STR Theatre Book Prize Short List

The judges have announced their short list for this year’s Theatre Book Prize for books published in 2016. They range from a record of the strange goings on in National Theatre Rehearsals and records of the work of two other long established companies to books on 400 years of Shakespeare productions, celebrity actresses and theatre riots. The winner will be announced at a reception at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 at 11.30 am (doors open 11.00).
