Aleyn Lester
I am a dedicated theatre director, producer, and dramaturg with a passion for innovative storytelling and inclusive theatre practices. Currently studying at Rose Bruford, I am committed to advancing the field of performing arts through research and creative exploration.
As a neurodiverse individual I have a research focus on neurodiversity in theatre, investigating how neurodiverse perspectives can enrich theatrical practices and narratives. This work aims to create more inclusive spaces within the performing arts industry.
My professional interests centre around community theatre and its transformative potential to engage diverse audiences and foster social change. I am an active member of the Little Theatre Guild and sit on the national team contributing to the development of grassroots theatre across the UK. My role allows me to collaborate with local theatre groups and champion community-driven projects.
