Aleks Sierz FRSA is a teacher, journalist and theatre critic. His books include In-Yer-Face Theatre (2001) and Rewriting the Nation (2011), as well as monographs on playwright Martin Crimp (2006/2010) and John Osborne’s Look Back in Anger (2008). He is also co-author, with Lia Ghilardi, of The Time Traveller’s Guide to British Theatre (2015/2021).
