I am the managing director of the publishers and booksellers Dance Books. I have worked for the company for more than 50 years, during which time I have published nearly 400 books on dance and human movement.

My personal interests are the French and English romantic ballet period, Russian ballet of the mid to late 19th century, the Diaghilev and post-Diaghilev Russian ballet companies, and the ballets of August Bournonville and Sir Frederick Ashton.

I am a life member of the Society.
