The str.org.uk website is owned and operated by The Society for Theatre Research. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy online.

We will not give away or sell your personal information under any circumstances, nor will we send you any kind of spam.

Credit Card Information
PayPal handles all payments made using credit cards through our shop. We are not privvy to any information you submit to PayPal's website, meaning that we never have access to your credit card details.

Other Personal Information
The details that you provide about yourself and any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address, phone number, country of residence, etc., will only be used by us for the service you have signed up for, e.g. membership matters, members' research-interests, orbuying something from our shop.

Third Parties
In some instances (such as posting shop purchases to you) we need to pass on your information to a third party (e.g. the company that handle the distribution of our publications). The STR will never pass on your personal information for any reason (unless required to do so by law).
